OE-Division personnel are the wizards that keep all the highly sophisticated electronics gear working.  These guys are divided into three maintenance groups; communication, radar, and test equipment.  From radio and radar, to fax and crypto, the ETs kept us in contact with the good guys and "spooked" the bad guys.
