The U.S.S. Canberra

1943 through 1978

Here we are, sitting on the pier, just thinking about all the places we've been and wondering when we're going to get underway, again.  There's lots of ports we haven't been to, yet, but we can share some of the sights we've seen.  Places our civilian friends may never know.  Our families, only through our words and old photos.

This is your opportunity to show those folks that not every sea story is necessarily a distortion of what may have once been true.  Here it is!
